Aretas Physical Therapy is switching our record and billing system!

We will be live with our new system on November 3.

Our staff is actively going through training on our new system and how to help you navigate this transition. Please feel free to call the clinic (Hales Corners: 414-400-7110, Wauwatosa: 414-400-6556) with any questions.

To make the transition smooth, we recommend the following:

  • Make sure you’re up to date on your current balance. You can pay online or via check/cash via your statement, at your next visit, or by calling the clinic to settle any remaining balance from our current system.
  • Make sure you’re paying in the correct system. As a reminder, after our go live (Nov. 3), you will receive a paper statement from our current system and an electronic statement (text/email) from our new system. Your balance will never overlap, so if you have a balance in both systems, it is actually due – of course, if you have questions on any balance you have, please call the clinic or stop by the front office!
  • Don’t worry! We are here for you every step of the way. You may receive a call from an admin team member who can assist you in making a payment.
