Golf TransFOREmation:Looking for a golf fitness class but don’t know where to start? This is the class for you! From beginner to advanced golfers, high handicap to single digits, this class is designed to help you move better, understand the golf swing, gain speed, strength and play pain free golf! |

Junior Golf Classes:This performance program is great for junior golfers from high level amateurs to just starting out. We work on building foundational strength, speed, mobility, stability and power. We teach our athletes how to use power from the ground up to develop fast, powerful golf swings that maximize their potential. |

Volleyball Strength Training:Looking to take your game to the next level? Our volleyball strength training program is a great way to take your game to new heights. This program is designed to improve mobility and stability while increasing strength and vertical jump. Our smaller group sizes allow us to create that team atmosphere while also providing the best attention to detail in coaching. |

Kettlebell Strength Training:Strength should be a lot of things. Intimidating isn’t one of them. In our kettlebell strength class we focus on the basics- get strong, get fit, and do it in a fun atmosphere where you can feel like you got work done and enjoy your training! We have a strong focus on the fundamentals and this class is ideal whether you’ve never swung a kettlebell in your life or if you’ve been snatching kettlebells for years. |
